$KIDEN to $ELIX Token Migration – What You Need to Know

As we announced at the time, our commitment to help all those affected by the hacking of $KIDEN is absolute as well as our support to the RoboKiden project that suffered the attack. Therefore, we want to take care of starting a migration from $KIDEN to $ELIX so that all those affected can recover their funds.

Our goal is to ensure that all community members who held tokens prior to the hack are fairly and transparently transitioned into the new ecosystem. Below is a detailed explanation of how this process will work, who is eligible, and what steps you need to take.

Snapshot and Eligibility

Based on the snapshot of all $KIDEN holders on DEXs prior to the exploit (December 25, 2024, 09:19:36 PM UTC). If you held $KIDEN tokens in a self-custody wallet or DEX-compatible wallet before the incident, you are eligible for the migration.

Eligible token holders will receive an equivalent allocation of $ELIX tokens, in accordance with the snapshot data.

👉 You have until May 15th to connect your wallet and initiate the migration process. Any requests made after this date will not be processed.

Distribution Method and Vesting

  • Up to $500 worth of tokens (based on your snapshot balance) will be distributed immediately upon successful migration.
  • Any amount above $500 will be distributed with a vesting schedule of 9 months, to ensure sustainability and fair allocation over time.
  • 100% of your lost funds, based on your snapshot balance and the price at that moment, $0.2659, will be returned and distributed immediately upon successful migration.

This approach allows us to provide quick relief to affected users while maintaining long-term balance and security within the token economy.

What About Users Who Held $KIDEN on CEXs?

Unfortunately, for users who held their tokens on centralized exchanges, we are currently unable to process any migration.

Despite our efforts to engage with the corresponding exchanges and request the necessary information to validate user balances, they have not cooperated or provided access to any relevant data. Without this, we are unable to verify holdings or carry out the migration for CEX users at this time.

We understand how frustrating this may be, and we continue to pursue alternative solutions, but we recommend that all users use self-custody wallets in the future to ensure full control and transparency over their assets.

For those who invested in the private rounds of the RoboKiden project, you do not need to take any immediate action. We will be reaching out to each of you directly and individually to provide all relevant information and next steps regarding your token migration and future involvement.
